The deeper you get into Yoga you realize it is a spiritual practice. It's a journey I'm making. I'm heading that way.
Yoga is a life-saver.
I fell in love with doing yoga.
Yoga is wonderful. It clears up most health problems. It also gives you an overview.
With a lot of hair and make-up then I'm possibly, remotely attractive. But it's rare, I don't think I'm ugly but I'm nothing particularly special. I'm not a yoga and health girl. I don't exercise that much and I eat crap and smoke and bite my nails.
I don't do yoga. I bite the hella outta my nails. I smoke, I eat all the wrong food, I don't exercise.
I do Yoga. I'd like to say I do it every morning, but I don't, I just don't have the time.
Yoga is a great thing and meditation is also great to get connected to yourself more.
I fully expect to be doing yoga for the rest of my life.
It's been my experience that the longer I do yoga, the more I want to know, the more I am able to understand and the less judgmental I am.
I was really involved with other people's opinions of me, and it got heightened during my film career. I don't have any opinion, good or bad about it, it just was. It's not the way I feel now, and I think yoga has a lot to do with that.
I've done archery for about six weeks, and rock climbing, tree climbing - and combat, running and vaulting. But also yoga and things like that, to stay catlike!
More yoga in the world is what we need.
Yoga's an amazing release.
I've done yoga, and I want to start Pilates soon.
